I&amp;#8217;ve decided to start flossing every day, swish around coconut oil in my mouth in the morning, be more consistent in taking my FCL. I&amp;#8217;m also going to try to reintroduce more foods to my diet. I&amp;#8217;m sure I&amp;#8217;m defficient in minerals.&lt;/p&gt;
