I was looking at my teeth last night, and they look unhealthy. I’ve decided to start flossing every day, swish around coconut oil in my mouth in the morning, be more consistent in taking my FCL. I’m also going to try to reintroduce more foods to my diet. I’m sure I’m defficient in minerals.

I ate a bunch of crap this weekend because I went to a retreat. I ate my proper meals of soup with egg and veggies, but what killed me is the snacks. =/ I couldn’t resist….
I was able to poop on Sunday! Since I was doing my enema while at retreat, I was a bit conserned about eliminating my food.
